The team, led by Sita Ramam director Hanu Raghavapudi, also dropped the first-look poster. The poster shows Prabhas in a completely new avatar, standing strong in front of a burning British flag. As expected, the poster has broken the internet, with fans sharing it everywhere.
The Powerful First Look
Sharing the Fauzi poster, the makers wrote a powerful caption that gives a hint about Prabhas’s character. They wrote, “Arjuna, the conqueror of the Chakravyuha. Karna, who stood on the side of the Pandavas. Ekalavya, who had no guru. He is a warrior by birth.”
The message ended with the big reveal: “#PrabhasHanu is #FAUZI – the bravest tale of a soldier from the hidden chapters of our history. Happy Birthday, Rebel Star #Prabhas.”
What We Know About Fauzi
Fauzi is going to be a period action drama set in the time before India’s Independence. The poster, with the burning flag, makes this very clear. According to reports, Prabhas will be seen playing the role of a British Indian Army officer.
This is a very exciting project because director Hanu Raghavapudi is known for making beautiful period films like Sita Ramam. The cast is also looking strong. Social media sensation Imanvi is set to play the female lead. The film will also feature veteran actors like Mithun Chakraborty, Jaya Prada, and Anupam Kher in important roles.
Prabhas’s Busy Line-Up
Fans have a lot to look forward to from the Rebel Star. Before Fauzi, Prabhas will be seen in the horror-comedy The Raja Saab. That film is set to release on January 9, 2026, for the Sankranthi weekend. Directed by Maruthi, it also stars Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Sanjay Dutt.
After that, Prabhas will start shooting for the most-awaited cop film, Spirit, with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. In Spirit, he will play an angry young police officer. Triptii Dimri will be the female lead. Reports say shooting for Spirit will begin in February 2026.
