Jigra Teaser Poster Dropped By The Makers
The much-awaited teaser poster for Jigra, starring Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina, is finally out. The poster offers a glimpse of Alia in a fierce, protective role. Her face is obscured, but she stands tall with a gun in her hands, exuding strength.
It’s clear from the poster that her character is deeply protective of her on-screen brother, Vedang.
Sharing the intense new glimpse on Instagram, Dharma Productions captioned the post, “Tu meri protection mein hai.”
The teaser poster has left fans intrigued, building up even more excitement for the film’s release.
Jigra Teaser Certified, Release Soon?
With the film’s October release just around the corner, another exciting update has surfaced. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has officially certified Jigra‘s teaser, which clocks in at 2 minutes and 52 seconds. According to the CBFC’s website, the teaser has been given a ‘UA’ rating, meaning it’s suitable for a wide audience, adding even more anticipation to its release.
Makers Recently Shared A Short Yet Powerful Video
In addition to the poster, the film’s makers recently treated fans to a short but powerful video glimpse. The clip, shared on social media, features a simple drawing of a boy and girl holding hands, a symbolic representation of the sibling bond between Alia and Vedang’s characters.
In a heartwarming voiceover, Alia Bhatt says, “Tujhe main kuch bhi hone nahi dungi, kabhi bhi,” which translates to “I won’t let anything happen to you, ever.” As the video fades, the title Jigra appears, with a message urging fans to “Stay Tuned!”
The sneak peek has struck a chord with fans, many of whom are eagerly awaiting the film’s official teaser release.
Earlier this year, during an Instagram Live session on Raksha Bandhan, Alia and Vedang gave fans a glimpse of their playful sibling chemistry off-screen. Vedang even sang the classic song “Phoolon Ka Taaron Ka” during the live, adding to the hype surrounding their on-screen bond in Jigra. Both stars promised exciting promotions leading up to the film’s release.
