Now, an entertainment portal has learned that John Abraham would play a robotic character in this hardcore action film, which is a first for the Hindi film industry. According to sources close to the project, Abraham will portray a mercenary soldier with superhuman abilities in this suspenseful thriller set against a hostage scenario. His character is said to be a cross between Deadpool and G.I. Joe, and it will feature him in some never-before-seen daredevil, high-octane action sequences choreographed by international stunt coordinator Ryan Sturz of Captain Marvel fame.

Attack is based on a hypothetical attack on the Parliament in which numerous people are kept hostage. The rescue mission is led by John Abraham, who leads a “Attack squad,” and the rest of the film is a race against time. Lakshya Raj Anand makes her directorial debut with this intelligent thriller with a strong storyline. She previously worked with filmmakers Kabir Khan and Siddharth Anand on Ek Tha Tiger and Bang Bang, respectively. The film was written by Lakshya Raj Anand, Vishal Kapoor, and Sumit Batheja and produced by John Abraham in partnership with Dheeraj Wadhwan and Ajay Kapoor’s Kyta Productions.
