The makers of Jolly LLB 3 have announced that the film’s official teaser will be released on August 12th, giving audiences their first look at the madness that is about to unfold. The film is set to release in cinemas on September 19th!
The franchise is taking things to a whole new level by bringing back both of its beloved protagonists, played by Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, to face off against each other. And at the center of it all is the one and only Judge Sunderlal Tripathi.
Judge Tripathi’s Worst Nightmare
The central theme of the upcoming teaser seems to be the plight of the beleaguered Judge Tripathi, played to perfection by the legendary Saurabh Shukla. A new tagline for the film perfectly captures his predicament: “Judge Tripathi loses it! Double the Jolly, double the trouble.” After presiding over cases against each Jolly individually in the previous two films, he will now have to contend with both of them in the same courtroom. The teaser is expected to give a hilarious glimpse into the judge’s frustration as he deals with two crafty, chaotic, and almost identical lawyers.

The Jolly LLB franchise has a legacy of success. The first film, Jolly LLB (2013), starring Arshad Warsi, was a sleeper hit praised for its sharp writing and performances. The series then soared to new heights with Jolly LLB 2 (2017), which introduced Akshay Kumar as a new Jolly. The sequel was a massive commercial success, becoming one of the highest-grossing films of that year and earning over ₹197 crore worldwide.
