In a surprising and exciting development, two of the most successful directors of Bollywood, Kabir Khan and Sooraj Barjatya, are reportedly collaborating for a big budget project that will star none other than Salman Khan.
The actor, who has worked with both the filmmakers separately in blockbuster films like Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, is said to be keen on doing a film that will combine both their forces.
According to sources, the project is still in the initial stages of discussion and scripting. The details about the project and the rest of the cast are currently kept under wraps.
The sources also revealed that the announcement of the film will be made on Salman Khan’s birthday, which falls on December 27. The actor, who was last seen in Tiger 3, will start working on the Kabir-Barjatya project after wrapping up his other commitments.
This will be the first time that Kabir Khan and Sooraj Barjatya have come together, and the fans of Salman Khan are eagerly waiting for this unique collaboration. Both the directors have given some of the biggest hits of Salman’s career, and have showcased his versatility as an actor. Kabir Khan has directed Salman in three films – Ek Tha Tiger, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and Tubelight, while Barjatya has directed him in four films – Maine Pyar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!, Hum Saath-Saath Hain, and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
Salman Khan And Sooraj Barjatya NOT Coming Together For Prem Ki Shaadi
It was reported a while that Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya are coming together for Prem Ki Shaadi.
Salman Khan is currently at a different point in his career, and he believes that Sooraj Barjatya can help him in this phase. According to a close friend of Salman, Sooraj, and Salman are constantly talking about a possible project. However, they haven’t found an idea that they both like yet. The news about a film called Prem Ki Shaadi is just someone’s mean joke about Salman being single.
Salman Khan is actively searching for a unique script that he hasn’t done before. He wants something meaningful and relevant to him personally, rather than the typical action or drama movies. Interestingly, Salman has moved away from prioritizing his own interests in his career. He has experienced both successes and failures and no longer wants to do films solely for his family and friends. He is avoiding home productions with his brothers as directors and projects that involve casting struggling actors for favors, as he did in the film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
