
Takht is one of the most talked-about films of Karan Johar the filmmaker is keeping no stone unturned to make this film big. While the film is making headlines the day it was announced, it is still in news for new reasons.
Karan recently took to his social media handle to clarify that recent speculation about the acquisition of Takht is untrue.
“News articles and speculations making the rounds about the acquisition of Takht are baseless and untrue! I would request media houses to focus on more relevant and critical issues that plague our country and refrain from incorrect reportage,” read KJo’s tweet.
Earlier today there were reports that Dharma Productions have collaborated with Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series after Fox Star Studios reportedly backoff from the Project.
The reports also suggested that Karan is looking to collaborate with the production house since the film is quite high maintenance.
The period drama is set during the Mugal era starring Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Anil Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar.
