Kareena Kapoor, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Shabana Azmi are teaming up for a courtroom drama directed by Pulkit, who is known for his work on Bhakshak. The film is expected to be a gripping story, set against the intense backdrop of courtroom battles.
The actress is returning to the courtroom drama after 20 years. Fresh updates reveal that the actress has signed on for a courtroom drama produced by Ramesh Taurani of Tips Films.

Peeping Moon report has revealed about this project being in the works. However, details about the plot and Kareena’s role are being kept secret for now. It’s unclear whether she will play a lawyer or someone caught up in a legal case. However, the film is already creating excitement. The story will explore the complexities of the justice system.
This project will be Kareena’s second time working with Jaideep Ahlawat, after their collaboration in the Netflix thriller Jaane Jaan. It will also mark the first time she shares screen space with Shabana Azmi, although the two recently appeared together in Anupama Chopra’s year-end roundtable, which got fans excited.
Pulkit, known for directing Bose: Dead or Alive and Bhakshak, will direct the film. His past connection with Kareena’s husband, Saif Ali Khan, in the upcoming OTT series Kartavya makes his collaboration with Kareena unsurprising. The producer, Ramesh Taurani, is also working on Race 4 with Saif, set to release next year.
Film Expected To Go On Floors In March 2025
In addition to working with the same team behind the scenes, Kareena and Saif will reunite on-screen in Spirit, a pan-India action thriller starring Prabhas. The couple is set to play antagonists in this much-awaited film, which will begin production in early 2025.
Pulkit is currently working on the post-production of his action film Maalik, starring Rajkummar Rao. He is also gearing up to begin Kareena’s courtroom drama, which is set to start in March 2025.
Interestingly, Kareena had originally committed to a crime thriller based on a true story but decided to step away from it to accommodate her role in Spirit.
