Bollywood actors Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani are set to begin filming the final schedule of their upcoming movie Satyaprem Ki Katha in the picturesque Kashmir valley. The romantic-comedy marks the Bollywood debut of Marathi film director Sameer Vidwans, who is reportedly keen on capturing the beauty of the valley in full bloom during the onset of summer.
The team has finalized locations in Srinagar and Gulmarg for the shoot of a romantic number, which will feature only the lead actors. The song has been deliberately saved for the last, and renowned choreographer Bosco Martis will reportedly be choreographing the love ballad. With the completion of the Kashmir schedule, the movie’s shoot that started in September 2022 will come to an end.
“Kashmir looks vibrant at the onset of summer. Sameer was sure that he wanted to capture the Valley in all its glory, and hence, lined up the song for April. The team has finalised locations in Srinagar and Gulmarg. Bosco Martis will choreograph the love ballad that will feature only the leads,” Mid-day quoted its source as saying.
A fortnight ago, Aaryan and Advani were seen shooting some courtroom scenes in the College of Agriculture, Pune. Its source added that the main building of the educational institution was transformed into a law college for the sequence. Recently, a clip from the movie, which depicts the leads getting married, was leaked on social media. The film is currently in post-production and is expected to hit the theatres on June 29, 2023.
The team is looking to recreate the success of their previous collaboration, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which turned out to be a box office success despite most Hindi films tanking at the box office last year. Fans of the actors and movie buffs are eagerly awaiting the release of Satyaprem Ki Katha, hoping to see the duo recreate their magic on the silver screen once again.
