The latest season of Koffee with Karan is brewing up a storm once again, and this time, it’s Kiara Advani sharing the couch with Vicky Kaushal. The two actors, who have starred together in the Karan Johar produced comedy thriller Govinda Naam Mera and in KJo’s segment in the anthology film Lust Stories (2018) are set to appear on the popular chat show hosted by Karan Johar. According to reports, the duo shot for the episode at Yash Raj Studios on November 16 and had a lot of fun on the sets.

The fans can expect a delightful and engaging conversation with Vicky and Kiara, who will be making their first joint appearance on the show. In a promo video released by the makers, the two actors can be seen dropping some truth bombs and revealing some interesting details about their personal and professional lives.
As Karan welcomed “the beauty and the bahadur” to the show, and the two settled on the couch, Vicky quipped, “Hum, Karan, yahaan shudhi karne aaye hai (We have come here for purification, Karan),” leaving the host surprised.
Kiara Advani and Vicky Kaushal confess things about their partners
Kiara Advani, who looked stunning in a strapless black dress, confessed that her husband Sidharth Malhotra proposed to her in Rome. Recalling KWK Season 7, Karan told Kiara: “The last time I interviewed Vicky, he was with your husband (Sidharth Malhotra).” Kiara revealed, “When Sid came for that episode, we had returned from Rome where he proposed to me,” leading Vicky to remark, “He played it really well.”
Vicky, who tied the knot with Katrina Kaif in a lavish wedding ceremony in Rajasthan, hilariously revealed what Katrina calls him as a nickname. When Karan asks the Sam Bahadur actor to name three things that his partner calls him during a competing game, he responds with, “Boo-boo, Baby, Eeyy,” cracking the other two up.
In the teaser, the Satyaprem Ki Katha actress also reveals that she and her husband affectionately refer to each other as “monkey”, earning a chef’s kiss from Vicky.
When Katrina spoke about her relationship with Vicky on Koffee with Karan
In a memorable moment from the show’s seventh season, Katrina Kaif revealed that when media speculation about their relationship was at its peak, she and Vicky were not dating.
She said, “It was funny because there was so much coming in the media. There was a period when there was so much coming in the media about me and Vicky dating or getting to know each other, and we actually were not dating. It was really awkward.”
She further added, “What was so wonderful about it was that it was so unexpected. It was so out of the blue. I didn’t know who he was. He was not on my radar. He didn’t cross my path. I heard the name, but there was no association. This person just appeared out of nowhere. Wow.”
As per the promo video, the new episode will include a segment where the guests participate in a drinking game. When Karan says, “take a shot if you’re messier than your partner,” Vicky downs the entire shot, while Kiara takes a small sip, leading the host to playfully refer to them as “dirty boy, dirty girl.” Kiara also shares in the episode that she refrains from checking her partner’s phone but prefers to look directly at it, openly asking questions about who he is chatting with.

Vicky and Kiara reunite for the seventh episode of Koffee With Karan Season 8, set to premiere on December 7. The current season of Koffee with Karan has already featured some of the biggest stars of Bollywood, including Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, and the Deol brothers. The show is known for its candid and controversial conversations, as well as the rapid-fire round, where the guests have to answer some tricky questions and win some exciting prizes.
