Over the course of six dramatic seasons, Koffee With Karan has come to be associated with rumours and controversies. And it appears that season 7 won’t be any different. Before the program’s return the following week, the Koffee with Karan 7 trailer was released on Saturday. It provides a sneak peek at how the popular program’s upcoming season will step up the ante.
Although the complete list of this season’s celebrity guests is not yet revealed, the trailer showed some intriguing pairings. Anil Kapoor will be teamed with Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, who co-starred with Ranveer Singh in Gully Boy and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, will feature with him. Ananya Panday with her Liger co-star Vijay Deverakonda. Other couples were Kiara Advani and Shahid Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor, and Akshay Kumar and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
The trailer had several highlights, including Ranveer saying that he has multiple ‘sex playlists’, Sara making a tongue-in-cheek comment about her ‘ex’, and Samantha accusing Karan for being the reason behind many ‘unhappy marriages’.
