JioHotstar has locked October 30, 2026, at 7 pm for Obsession: The Original Uncut Version, and the India release now carries an extra layer of star power with Kriti Sanon and Varun Dhawan lending their Hindi voices to Nikki and Bear. The pairing instantly adds curiosity, especially for viewers who know the two actors’ on-screen chemistry and did not see a horror title becoming their next shared project.
Kriti And Varun Add A Fresh Hindi Hook
The biggest talking point around the Indian streaming launch is the Hindi dubbing choice. Kriti Sanon has dubbed for Nikki, while Varun Dhawan has voiced Bear for the Hindi version of Obsession. In JioHotstar’s official promo, the platform said, “We wished we could tell you sooner, but where’s the fun in that?” The announcement also linked the launch to filmmaker Amar Kaushik as part of the campaign unveiling the film’s streaming debut.

Obsession: The Original Uncut Version will stream exclusively on The Peacock Hub on JioHotstar from October 30 at 7 pm. The film will be available in English and Hindi, with the Hindi track expected to draw added attention because of Kriti and Varun’s involvement. JioHotstar’s official promo also leaned fully into the season with the line, “This Halloween, be careful what you wish for.”
