Kubbra Sait most recently appeared in filmmaker Raj and DK’s directed web series ‘Farzi’ which is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video. She starred along with some renowned Bollywood celebs like Shahid Kapoor, Vijay Sethupathi, Kay Kay Menon, and Rashi Khanna. It appears that the actress has now been cast in another significant web series, and that too with renowned director Prakash Jha.
According to a source, Kubbra Sait has already begun filming the upcoming web series in the important Uttar Pradesh cities and has already finished some of the shoots.
According to Bollywood Hungama, “Over a month-long schedule, Kubbra shot extensively in Prayagraj, Lucknow and the local areas around. Immediately after the shoot, Kubbra headed to LA for a month-long work trip and will resume shooting for the series once she returns in April.”
Kubbra appeared in Rajat Kapoor’s eccentric play RK/RKay last year, which earned high praise from reviewers. The Good Wife on Disney+ Hotstar will be her next appearance. The show, directed by Suparn Verma and based on the American legal and political drama of the same name, also stars Kajol, Sheeba Chaddha, Aamir Ali, and Alyy Khan.
