Now, late Sushant Singh Rajput’s lawyer Vikas Singh has come to the star kid’s defence in an interview with NDTV. He claims that the recovery clause underpins the entire narcotics law. If a person cannot be rehabilitated, it is illegal to keep him or her in custody. He claims that the Act is designed in this way. The host then inquired about the rumours that Manish Bhanushali and Kiran Gosavi were there at the scene. Only if someone is a drug seller, according to Vikas Singh, is it serious. Aryan Khan has shown no signs of recuperation or direct consumption. Later, Manish Bhanushali claimed to be a whistleblower.

After the NCB discovered electronic evidence linking her to the purchase of marijuana in 2020, Rhea Chakraborty spent two months in jail. This occurred following Sushant Singh Rajput’s death in 2020.
