Scripting Already Underway For The Sequel
According to reports, the scripting for Lokah Chapter 2 has already begun. Director Dominic Arun is co-writing the screenplay with actress and writer Santhy Balachandran. The creative team is working hard to deliver another spectacular chapter in the superhero saga.
The first chapter Lokah Chapter 1 Chandra featured Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen in lead roles. It released ahead of Onam 2025 and became a massive blockbuster. The sequel will shift focus to Tovino Thomas who appeared in a cameo role as Michael the Chathan in the first film.

A Five Chapter Superhero Franchise
Lokah is planned as a superhero franchise with five chapters in total. Each chapter focuses on a different character from the universe. The first chapter told the story of Chandra also known as Neeli. The second chapter will explore Michael’s journey.
Another chapter will focus on Dulquer Salmaan’s character Charlie the Odiyan. Megastar Mammootty is also confirmed to be part of the franchise as Moothon the elder. This will mark the first time the father and son duo of Mammootty and Dulquer Salmaan will share screen space together.
