Aamir Khan‘s son Junaid Khan is set to make his debut in the film industry with the much-awaited historical drama Maharaj, scheduled for release on Netflix soon.
As anticipation builds for his first appearance, Junaid has already embarked on his next venture— Loveyapa, a romantic comedy directed by Advait Chandan, known for films like Secret Superstar and Laal Singh Chaddha. Joining him in this new journey is Khushi Kapoor, daughter of the late actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor.
After 1st Schedule In Mumbai, Junaid Khan & Khushi Kapoor Are Shooting In Delhi-NCR
The initial shooting took place in Mumbai, primarily at the Seven Eleven Club banquet hall on Mira Road. The team aimed to wrap up outdoor scenes before the monsoon season, prompting their move to the Delhi-NCR region. The second schedule began recently and is expected to conclude within the next 10-12 days.
According to a report from Hindustan Times, a source close to the production revealed, “Junaid and Khushi are currently in Delhi filming the romantic sequences. They will be based here for the entire schedule, focusing on both indoor and outdoor shoots across locations such as Noida, Greater Noida, and various parts of Delhi.”
Detailing the shooting itinerary, the source added, “Locations include Noida sector 30, Sunder Nursery, and Connaught Place, with scenes set in university campuses and hostels to capture an authentic college atmosphere.”

Loveyapa is a Hindi adaptation of the 2022 Tamil hit Love Today is being produced by Shristi Behl and marks the return of Phantom Films to production after a notable hiatus.
The film is slated for a theatrical release, adding to the buzz surrounding Junaid Khan’s debut and Khushi Kapoor’s entry into Bollywood.
