The much-anticipated Hindi remake of Love Today has finally unveiled its title, and it’s nothing short of quirky. The fresh pairing of Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor has already generated immense excitement, leaving fans eagerly awaiting more updates on the project. Now, the much-awaited revelation has arrived for this upcoming romantic drama.

Junaid And Khushi’s Love Today Remake Titled Loveyapa

According to Peeping Moon, the Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor-starrer has been titled Loveyapa, a playful term which is the fusion of ‘love’ and ‘siyappa’ (trouble). In this quirky love story, Junaid and Khushi portray a deeply in-love young couple, stepping into the roles originally played by Pradeep Ranganathan and Ivana in the 2022 Tamil original.

Helming the project is director Advait Chandan, known for Secret Superstar and Laal Singh Chadha, with production duties handled by Srishti Behl and Kalpathi S Aghoram under their banners, Phantom Studios and AGS Entertainment, respectively. Cinematographer Rajesh Nare is also on board for the film.

Loveyapa Shoot Began On May 27 In Mumbai

Loveyapa commenced filming on May 27 in Mira Road, Mumbai, with two more weeks of outdoor shoots scheduled before the arrival of the monsoon season. Aamir Khan, reportedly closely monitoring the project’s progress, aims for a high-calibre final product.

The movie promises to be a light-hearted drama, delving into the chaos that unfolds when a couple swaps their phones for a day to test their relationship.

For both Junaid and Khushi, Loveyapa marks their third film in Bollywood.
