Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms and Cult Movies Present a Dibakar Banerjee Production, Love Sex aur Dhokha 2, produced by Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The film is directed by Dibakar Banerjee. The film will be released on April 19, 2024.

Now with 19th April release date, Love Sex Aur Dhoka 2 will clash with Mr. And Mrs. Mahi. Film is based on cricket and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Zee Studios. Film has Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor in lead.
Thus it will set up clash between good friends Ektaa Kapoor and Karan Johar. Though both films belong to completely opposite genre so it will not affect business of the films in major way.
LSD 2 will be targeted at youth college going audience and Mr. And Mrs. Mahi will be for family audience.
