Magnum Opus Adipurush Trailer Out: Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan Starrer Is Full Of Goosebumps!

The much-awaited trailer of multilingual Pan- India film, Adipurush is out. The trailer promises a ride full of spectacular visuals with a lot of goosebumps. The VFX of trailer is much better than the teaser and it looks like makers have improvised a lot after the negative feedback last year. But still the VFX and the trailer itself seem to be strictly average one.

Directed by Om Raut, the film stars Prabhas as Lord Rama, Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, Kriti Sanon as Sita and Sunny Singh as Laxman. The film is based on the Hindu epic Ramayana and is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar of T-series, Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles.

Adipurush Trailer Leaked From Fans Screening In Hyderabad A Day Prior To Mumbai’s Launch Event

The trailer for Adipurush was premiered at AMB Cinemas in Hyderabad a day prior to its launch in Mumbai. The insider said, “Prabhas and the entire Adipurush crew think that fans are the support system for any movie, and this is a gesture from their end to recognise all the support provided to Adipurush by the fans over the previous two years.”

The trailer release was not without controversy, as some fans recorded the trailer and uploaded it on social media, despite being instructed to deposit their phones. Several recorded videos of Adipurush trailer were doing the rounds on social media since yesterday.

Controversies Surrounding Adipurush

The film has also faced other controversies, including accusations of poor VFX and plagiarism. The teaser of the film was released in October last year, showcasing Lord Ram in deep meditation underwater as demons from all directions come swirling in.

It saw negative comments from a large section of fans, who criticised its VFX and CGI. The makers of the film reacted to it, saying that they were delaying the release to work on the visuals and other aspects.
