As we all know that Shahid Kapoor is currently busy working on his upcoming movie, Jersey. Jersey is a remake of 2019 Telugu movie, which was also titled the same.
Shahid will be seen donning the character of a cricketer in the film. The actor has been training for the same since a long time now. The film will also show a 12-year leap and he has already shot for the post-leap bit where he will play a 36-year old.
As we saw even in Kabir Singh, Shahid Kapoor makes sure to het into the skin of the characters that he chooses.

Jersey also stars Mrunal Thakur as the female lead and is slated to release on August 28, 2020.
