Nawazuddin Siddiqui Criticises Hindi Cinema For Producing “Badi Filmein” And Spending A Lot Of Money, Said “Yehi Barbaad Kar Rahi Hai…”

Nawaz recently criticised the Bollywood business for spending a significant amount of money on performers who no one wants to watch and said that talented talents should be given the opportunity.

Veteran actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui recently discussed why Bollywood is failing to produce a theatrical smash following the epidemic in an interview with Indian Express. The actor claimed that the industry itself is the problem.

The huge films are hurting the business the most, according to Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who stated, “Sabse nuksan industry ko badi filmein he kar rahi hai.” Occasionally, something at the box office succeeds for whatever motive. However, if you only watch three films, you’ll find that 97 percent of them are duds. And each of these is a large movie. Yehi barbaad kar rahi hai, these are the films that are seriously hurting the business.

The actor from Kick said, “They select 10-15 actors, cast them together, and produce a film for Rs. 60–100 cr. that no one wants to see. These films have nothing, and they fail. A film costing Rs 50 crore has never been made with a decent performer. Both public and commercial actors exist. The actor who is frequently seen in the profession is unpopular with the audience.
