Celebrities and trolls are inextricably linked. Sara Ali Khan, a Bollywood actress, is no stranger to social media outrage, having been the target of trolls on numerous occasions. Sara has being ridiculed on social media yet again after a video of her went viral. The starkid, together with her mother Amrita Singh and brother Ibrahim Ali Khan, were photographed leaving a restaurant after having lunch together. Sara donated a packet of biscuits and Rs 10 to a teenager who approached them as they walked out, pleading for assistance. The video quickly went viral on social media, and viewers began to criticise the actress for giving the needy girl less money.

“Crores ki malkin ne de dekr kitne diye 10. Rupees,’ wrote one of the social media users. ’10rs ka buiscut…gazab bezatti,’ wrote another. ‘Isse jyada toh hum middle class wale hi de dete beggars ko,’ one user wrote. Many Sara fans, on the other hand, praised her action and showered her with affection by dropping heart emojis in large numbers.
