The Bombay High Court has released the bail order today in favour of Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant stating no positive evidence of conspiracy in the cruise drug case. The Court said that nothing objectionable was found in WhatsApp conversations between them.

The order read, “There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit unlawful act.”
“Merely because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were travelling in the same cruise, that by itself cannot be a foundation for the charge of conspiracy against them,” the court explained the justification behind the bail.

For the unversed, SRK’s son Aryan Khan was arrested in a drug case on 3rd Oct in Mumbai at a cruise party. However, Aryan is out of jail now after his bail on 30th October.
