Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party leader Raghav Chadha tied the knot in a fairy-tale wedding in Udaipur on Sunday. The couple exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony at the Leela Palace, attended by close friends and family members. The newlyweds looked absolutely stunning in their ivory wedding outfits, designed by ace designer Manish Malhotra and Raghav’s maternal uncle and fashion designer Pawan Sachdeva. A captivating detail from Parineeti’s bridal attire was the inclusion of Raghav’s name on her veil, symbolising their profound connection.

Parineeti and Raghav share pictures from their wedding
The couple shared their first official pictures as husband and wife on their social media accounts, and received a lot of love and blessings from their fans and well-wishers. Parineeti looked radiant in her exquisite lehenga, while Raghav looked regal in his sherwani suit.
Sharing the pictures, Parineeti and Raghav wrote, “From the very first chat at the breakfast table, our hearts knew. Been waiting for this day for a long time .. So blessed to finally be Mr and Mrs! Bollywood Celebrities wish the newly wed couple
Parineeti’s cousin, actor Priyanka Chopra, was the first to comment on photos. “My blessings always,” she wrote. While Priyanka failed to attend Parineeti’s nuptials, she has been sharing messages for her sister and Raghav on social media.
Varun Dhawan commented, “Congratulations dear one.” Neha commented, “Congratulations you two… here’s to the best and the best lives together.” Neil Nitin Mukesh said, “Congratulations to you both my dear. Good bless you with all the happiness.” Esha Deol wrote, Congratulations, stay blessed.” Farah commented, “Congratulations Pari… you’re looking beautiful… and happy.” Baadshah dropped heart emojis with “Congratulations”.

Wedding festivities of ‘Ragneeti’
The wedding festivities had begun a few days ago from Raghav’s house in Delhi with ardaas. The couple then flew to Udaipur for their grand celebration. After hosting a Sufi night along with a 90s themed DJ party, the couple had their mehendi and haldi functions. Post which, the pheras took place from 4 30 pm to 6 30 pm. The couple will reportedly be returning from Udaipur tomorrow.
According to reports, Parineeti and Raghav will also host two receptions – one in Delhi and one in Mumbai for their friends from the respective cities. While the Delhi reception will be attended by many politicians, Parineeti will share her happiness with her friends from the industry with a celebration in Mumbai. More B-town celebs are expected to attend the reception in Mumbai. According to the wedding card that went viral online, the couple will also be hosting a reception on September 30 in Chandigarh. Although, there’s no official confirmation on this yet.
Parineeti and Raghav reportedly knew each other for several years before they began dating. The love story of Raghav-Parineeti might have blossomed in London as reportedly the duo studied together in a college there. The couple got engaged on May 13 in Delhi. The star-studded ceremony was attended by several politicians including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, former finance minister P Chidambaram, and Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray.
