Forget a ballroom unveiling or a hotel press conference, Pati Patni Aur Woh Do is heading straight into the wild. In one of the more unusual Bollywood promotional moves in recent memory, the trailer of the Ayushmann Khurrana, Sara Ali Khan, Wamiqa Gabbi and Rakul Preet Singh starrer will be launched at Sanjay Gandhi National Park in Mumbai on May 2, giving the film a striking start to its campaign.
The makers are treating the reveal as more than a routine media event. The launch is being designed as an immersive jungle-themed experience, with the film’s principal cast and team expected to attend, turning the trailer drop into a full-scale promotional spectacle.
A First Of Its Kind Trailer Launch
The trailer will be unveiled on Saturday, May 2, at Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The event is being mounted as a first for T-Series, with the venue set to host a mainstream Hindi film launch in a format tailored around the outdoors rather than a conventional indoor setup.
A source confirmed, “The trailer will be unveiled on Saturday, May 2. The principal star cast and the makers will be present at the Sanjay Gandhi National Park for the launch.”
The rollout has been planned as an experience-led event, with curated activities such as the Van Rani Toy Train ride and boating lined up for the attending media and the film’s talent. That approach gives the launch a stronger visual identity and separates it from the standard promotional template usually seen around trailer releases.
Another source said, “It’s a first-of-its-kind move by T-Series. Mumbai’s National Park has never been used before for a film event. Moreover, it goes well with the theme of the film. All preparations are going on in full swing and organisers promise a never-seen-before concept, blending cinema with nature for a unique launch experience.”
A Big Ensemble Comedy Heads To The Big Screen In May
Pati Patni Aur Woh Do is directed by Mudassar Aziz and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishnan Kumar, Renu Ravi Chopra and Juno Chopra under the banners of T-Series and B R Studios. The film brings together Ayushmann Khurrana, Sara Ali Khan, Wamiqa Gabbi and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles, positioning itself as a major comedy offering in the summer release calendar.
The film is slated for a theatrical release on May 15, 2026. It has been mounted as a comic entertainer and serves as a spiritual follow-up to Pati Patni Aur Woh. The campaign so far has leaned into a mischievous, high-energy tone, with the teaser already setting the stage for a lively ensemble ride.
With the teaser already out and the trailer now set for a national park reveal, the makers are clearly intent on giving Pati Patni Aur Woh Do one of the season’s most visually distinctive promotional launches before it reaches cinemas.
