Six fresh faces, a lively dose of young romance and Luv Ranjan backing the launch, Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar has made its first move with a trailer that is clearly aiming for the campus rom com sweet spot. The promo arrives with chatter, confusion, flirtation and friendship all packed into one bright, youthful setup, giving the film an instantly easygoing tone ahead of its theatrical release.
Sparsh Walia, Alisha Chopra, Kunal Vaid, Sakshi Vaidya, Tushar Chhibber and Sargun Kaur Luthra lead the cast, and the trailer gives each of them a distinct entry point through playful exchanges and breezy group dynamics. Rather than pushing heavy emotion from the outset, the film appears to lean on humour, awkward attraction and the messiness of young relationships.
Trailer Puts The Focus On New Faces
The trailer keeps its pitch simple and accessible. Instead of leaning on scale or a familiar star presence, Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar sells itself through conversation, misunderstandings and easy camaraderie. That gives the promo a fresh rhythm and lets the six newcomers stay front and centre.
Its title also hints at the emotional premise without overcomplicating the setup. There is enough heartbreak and humour in the trailer to suggest a story that moves between romance and friendship, while maintaining a mainstream comic tone.
Release Date And Film Details
Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar is directed by Anuj Saini and produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg under the Luv Films banner. Available film listings identify it as a romantic comedy, with writing credits shared by Luv Ranjan, Jehan Handa and Anuj Saini. The film is scheduled to release in cinemas on 23 October 2026.
The trailer points to a story built around first love, close friendships and the possibility of finding your way back to an old emotion. With a conversational tone and youthful setting, the film appears to be chasing the kind of light, relatable romantic comedy space that has long worked for this brand of storytelling.
Luv Ranjan Backs A Six Newcomer Launch
That is where the curiosity around the film sharpens. Luv Ranjan has often worked within the space of modern Hindi relationship comedies, and his presence here adds immediate attention to a film led entirely by newcomers. For audiences, that makes Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar more than just another trailer drop. It becomes a first look at six actors being introduced under a banner strongly associated with youth centric commercial storytelling.
If the trailer is anything to go by, the film wants to be fun, chatty and emotionally familiar without feeling overly heavy. With Anuj Saini directing and the release date locked for 23 October 2026, Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar is now in the conversation as one of the season’s fresh face romantic comedy launches.
