The announcement was made by the film's creators alongside the release of the Taiwanese-language poster.

Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, is due to debut in Taiwan on December 2 after finding popularity in India. The announcement was made by the film’s creators alongside the release of the Taiwanese-language poster. This will be the first Indian movie to play in Taiwan’s Imax theatres.

The movie, which was directed by Ayan Mukerji and made by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, also stars Mouni Roy and Amitabh Bachchan. Nagarjuna and Shah Rukh Khan made cameo appearances. On September 9, Brahmastra was launched in India, where it immediately became popular.

The final box office total for the movie’s original Hindi version in India was Rs 257.44 crores. The film was also released in Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu. Since it took almost seven years to complete, there were several delays. The second and third instalments of this trilogy have been announced by the creators.

Last month, Ayan revealed in an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama that the film’s second act will be “a lot more dramatic and juicier and a lot more clash oriented. I think that part two will just be more of everything, you know, more scale more VFX more Astras more drama modules.”
