On June 24, the Ranbir Kapoor starrer Shamshera trailer was launched. Ji Huzoor, a song from the movie, was released today, on June 29 by the makers. Ranbir exhibits his most casual attitude and flawless dance moves in the song video. Shadab Faridi and Aditya Narayan sing the empowering song. Mithoon is the author and composer of it.
The film, reportedly takes place in the made-up city of Kaza, where a brutal authoritarian commander named Shudh Singh imprisons, enslaves, and tortures a warrior tribe. For the first time in his career, Ranbir Kapoor plays a larger-than-life, iconic Hindi film hero in Shamshera.
Shamshera releases on July 22. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles. Shamshera is produced by Yash Raj Films.
