Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar The Revenge Gets Its Own Instagram Edits Font In India Amid Massive Theatrical Run

Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar The Revenge has moved beyond cinemas and into the language of short-form content. Instagram Edits has introduced a film-inspired font for users in India, giving creators a new way to plug the film’s visual identity straight into their Reels while the action entertainer continues its strong theatrical run.

The typeface is now available inside the app’s text tool on Android and iOS, where users can apply it to videos, resize it and change colours within the existing editing interface. Meta India also spotlighted the rollout on social media with the line, “Dhurandhar font for your Dhurandhar Reels. Find it in the Edits app!”, making the collaboration a direct and official extension of the film’s online campaign.

How Instagram Turned Dhurandhar Into A Creator Trend

The timing of the rollout is what makes the move stand out. A branded font appearing inside a mainstream Meta editing product is a sign that a title has travelled far enough from film marketing into everyday creator use. In this case, Dhurandhar The Revenge has generated enough visual familiarity for its design language to become part of the platform’s toolkit.

Released in theatres on March 19, 2026, Dhurandhar The Revenge is the second film in Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar franchise. Directed by Dhar and produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, the spy action thriller features Ranveer Singh alongside Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal and R. Madhavan. The film follows an undercover operative pulled into a revenge-fuelled mission shaped by national stakes and personal vendetta, keeping the franchise rooted in high-intensity espionage drama.

That crossover from theatrical release to in-app creative asset says plenty about the film’s recall value. It is no longer just being watched, it is being repurposed, remixed and folded into the way audiences present themselves online.

Why This Digital Move Matters For Ranveer Singh Right Now

For Singh, the collaboration lands at a time when his screen image and pop culture pull are feeding directly into each other. The Instagram Edits rollout does not just amplify Dhurandhar The Revenge, it reflects the kind of audience attention that turns a film’s typography, dialogue and visual tone into a shareable trend.

His current theatrical slate also keeps him firmly in the premium event-film space. One of his major confirmed upcoming releases is Don 3, directed by Farhan Akhtar, a project that continues to draw heavy industry and fan interest. That makes this latest crossover especially telling. Dhurandhar The Revenge is not simply enjoying a successful release cycle, it is extending its identity into the tools audiences use every day, which is a far rarer sign of cultural traction than a conventional promotional push.

In that sense, the new Instagram font works as more than a marketing add-on. It captures the point where a film stops being just a release and starts becoming part of the visual vocabulary of the moment, and Dhurandhar The Revenge has clearly arrived there.
