Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty have worked together earlier in the film Simmba. They both even joined hands for Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi wherein the Bajirao actor will be seen in a cameo.
Now the director actor duo are once again coming together for a classic comedy, Cirkus. The film is said to be Shetty’s take on William Shakespeare’s classic play The Comedy of Errors.
Besides Ranveer, the film will also star Pooja Hegde, Varun Sharma, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sanjay Mishra, Johny Lever, Siddhartha Jadhav, Vrajesh Hirjee, Vijay Patkar, Sulbha Arya, Mukesh Tiwari, Anil Charanjeett, Ashwini Kalsekar and Murli Sharma.
Directed and produced by Rohit Shetty, Cirkus will go on floors next month and will be shot in Mumbai, Ooty and Goa. It is set to release in 2021.
