The sequel to the 2012 hit Rowdy Rathore is officially in the works, and is sure to excite all the fans of Akshay Kumar. Produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Rowdy Rathore 2 has been a topic of speculation for years, with names like Akshay Kumar, Shahid Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Siddharth Malhotra being mentioned.
Fresh rumours reveal that Bhansali has teamed up with Kannada director Prem to work on the script for the sequel.

According to an independent industry source, “Rowdy Rathore 2 news is exciting enough to make rounds in the media but no such development has happened at the Production house end. There are many names who have been wanting to be associated with the mega project which is touted to be one of the massiest films of all time but unfortunately no such development is in progress so far”.
