Salman Khan’s security has once again been called into question following recent developments tied to the murder of his close friend and NCP leader, Baba Siddique.
A new report reveals a shocking twist in the case, with shooters initially targeting Khan before shifting their focus to Siddique.
Salman Khan Was First Target Of Baba Siddique’s Murderers
According to a report by India Today, the shooters behind Baba Siddique’s murder had originally planned to assassinate Salman Khan. During questioning, the accused confessed that Khan was on their hit list.
However, their plan was thwarted due to the actor’s extensive security arrangements, which made it difficult for them to reach him.
Baba Siddique was tragically shot dead on October 12, 2024, in a brazen attack outside his son Zeeshan Siddique’s office in Bandra East, Mumbai. The shooters fired at least six bullets, four of which hit Baba in the chest. He was rushed to Lilavati Hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.
The murder was later claimed by the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang, which has been linked to numerous threats against Bollywood stars, including Khan.
Intruder At Salman’s Shooting Site Arrested
An intruder was arrested recently on December 3 for attempting to access Salman Khan’s shooting location. The man reportedly asked, “Should I call Bishnoi?” when confronted by security.
The suspect was taken into custody at the Shivaji Park police station for further questioning. This incident adds to a growing list of security breaches involving the actor, who has faced multiple threats in recent months.
Salman Khan has been a consistent target of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, which has issued several death threats against the actor. Earlier this year, in April, gunmen fired shots outside Khan’s residence at Galaxy Apartments in Bandra. Several arrests have been made in connection with these incidents, yet the threats continue to loom large.
