Sanjay Dutt is one of the most successful veteran actors in Bollywood. In his career, which spans over four decades, he has acted in some of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful films of all time. He is also known for his amazing comic timing which has been evident in films like the Munna Bhai series, All the Best, and the Dhamaal series of films.
Sanjay is planning on doing another comedy film with Raaj Shaandilya, who is known for directing Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Dream Girl and its sequel Dream Girl 2. According to media reports, the project is a family comedy and it will star Sanjay in the lead role. Raaj and his team narrated the script to Sanjay recently and the actor loved it. The film will have an ensemble cast of actors with great comic timing.
Film To Go On Floor Next Year
The film is expected to go on floors by the end of this year or early 2024, as it depends on the shooting schedule of Sanjay. The shooting will take place for 30 days for the untitled project. However, the project will be produced by Raaj and not helmed by him. Earlier this year, he had announced a slate of 7 films as a producer, and this one is one of them. Raaj is currently gearing up for the release of Dream Girl 2, which will hit the theatres on 25 August. The trailer of the film, also starring Ananya Panday, is expected to drop today.

Sanjay Dutt’s Upcoming Projects
Recently, we reported that Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi have replaced Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor in Welcome 3 respectively. Only Akshay Kumar will be reprising his role from the previous installments. Apart from that, Sanjay is also playing the antagonist in the Tamil film Leo, starring Thalapathy Vijay. Leo is scheduled to release theatrically on 19 October this year. He is also appearing in the Indo-polish war film The Good Maharaja, the romantic comedy Gudchadi, and his debut Telugu film Double Ismart. So it’s suffice to say that Sanjay has several interesting films in his lineup.
