Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali who was tested positive for coronavirus has now tested negative. The filmmaker is now free to resume working on his incomplete film Gangubai Kathiawadi.
Even after testing negative, Bhansali will have to remain in quarantine till he completes 14-day isolation period going back to shooting.
“It is the best thing to do. Sanjay doesn’t want to return until the mandatory quarantine period. He won’t even meet his mother until the period of quarantine is over. But he can see her from the balcony of his office where he’s quarantined since their residence is bang opposite and they wave to each other whenever they miss one another,” a source was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, Gangubai Kathiawadi starring Alia Bhatt is set to release on 30th July 2021.
