Sara Ali Khan, the famous Bollywood actress, is set to star in Akshay Kumar‘s upcoming film, Skyforce. Interestingly, her rumored ex-boyfriend, Veer Pahariya, is also making his Bollywood debut with this movie.
Skyforce is a period drama set in the 1960s and 1970s, against the backdrop of the Indian Air Force. Akshay Kumar is playing a lead role in the film. Veer Pahariya, who was allegedly dating Sara Ali Khan before her debut, will also be making his debut with this movie. Sara Ali Khan will be playing one of the female leads in the film opposite her ex. Nimrit Kaur is also reportedly playing a female lead in the film alongside Sara Ali Khan.

As per Peepingmoon, “Both actresses have signed the film and will commence shooting next month. “Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur have both worked with Akshay in Airlift and Atrangi Re, respectively, and are excited to collaborate with him once again. However, they will be exploring a very different realm in this movie than they have in previous Akshay Kumar movies. They are not portraying stereotypical romantic interests; rather, they will be seen playing strong, intense characters that significantly impact the storyline,”.
The news of Veer Pahariya’s debut and his pairing with Sara Ali Khan has generated a lot of buzz in the media. The film is expected to be an aerial action drama and is being produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. Shooting for the movie is set to begin next month. directed by Sandeep Kelwani and Abhishek Kapur. Akshay Kumar is said to have allotted over 50 days to shoot this film between June and October. Afterward, he is expected to move on to the highly anticipated Hera Pheri 3 later this year. As for Sara Ali Khan, she is currently awaiting the release of Zara Hatke Zara Bachke and will join Akshay on the film’s set shortly after its release on June 2. She was earlier supposed to resume Jagan Shakti’s film with Tiger Shroff this week; however, the shooting of that film has now been delayed to the end of June. Apart from Akshay, Sara, and Nimrat, the film boasts a talented supporting cast, although their names haven’t been revealed yet. Skyforce is targeting a late 2024 release.
