The arrest of Aryan Khan in a drug extortion case caused a significant uproar in the Indian media, leading to widespread criticism. Despite Aryan Khan being cleared of the charges in May, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) subsequently filed a First Information Report (FIR) against Sameer Wankhede, the officer in charge at the Narcotics Control Bureau, and several NCB officials. According to recent updates, the CBI plans to summon Shah Rukh Khan and Aryan Khan to provide their statements regarding the extortion case.

Earlier this year, in May, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) made allegations against NCB officials, claiming that they had discovered evidence related to the case. Additionally, the CBI has confirmed that they will be summoning the renowned superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan in connection with the ongoing investigation.

An official from the CBI stated to Hindustan Times, “We will be recording the statements of Aryan Khan, who was arrested by the NCB, and Shah Rukh Khan, from whom the accused Kiran Gosavi and Sanville D’Souza demanded Rs. 25 crore at the direction of Wankhede.
