Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan yet again proved himself to be one of the most secular actors in the B-town as he welcomed Ganpati Bappa at home and celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi.
He is celebrating festivals of every religion over years, and this year too, he welcomed Ganpati Bappa to his home and shared the pictures on social media.
The actor took to his Twitter and Instagram handle and posted a picture of the idol of Lord Ganesha and wrote the caption, “Ganpatiji welcomed home by lil one and me….the modaks after were delicious…the learning is, through hard work, perseverance & faith in God, u can live your dreams. Happy Ganesh Chaturthi to all.”
Seeing the post, his fans praised and supported him in the comments section.
A user on Twitter wrote, “His wife is hindu. This is the beauty of India. He respects every religion and god. Some people needs to stop hating this man on the basis of his religion. He’s truly a secular person and did a lot of philanthropist work for our Indian society.”
Another said, “Most Secular Indian #SRK and you say boycott him ? Burn haters.”
Another one warned other users on Twitter saying that SRK celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi every year and wrote, “Before uttering a word that you are doing this now….it’s effect of boycott or criticism towards Bollywood… Shut up. He does Ganesh puja every year.”
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will be next seen playing a cameo in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra and is making a comeback after four years in Pathaan, which is scheduled to be released in theatres on January 25, 2023.
