Pakistani actor Alyy Khan, who starred in Shah Rukh Khan’s movie Don 2 as JK Diwan, had some wonderful things to say about the superstar. He shared an interesting story from the time they were shooting the film.

In an interview clip circulating online, Alyy Khan shared a remarkable experience from the set of Don 2, revealing the astonishing fan frenzy surrounding Shah Rukh Khan. Khan reminisced, “Don 2 ki shooting ke time Brad Pitt aur Quentin Tarantino ek hi hotel mein ruke the. Dono films ke crew same the. Shah Rukh Khan se milne 1000 log aaye the. Unhonne daava kiya ki Brad Pitt ke liye SRK jaisi bheed unhonne pehle kabhi nahi dekhe. (During the shoot of Don 2, Brad Pitt & Quentin Tarantino were staying in the same hotel, with crews from both films overlapping. To meet Shah Rukh Khan, a crowd of 1000 people gathered. About Don 2
Don 2 is a 2011 action thriller movie made in India. Farhan Akhtar wrote, co-produced, and directed the film. It’s the second movie in the Don series. The film was jointly produced by Excel Entertainment and Red Chillies Entertainment. Shah Rukh Khan plays the main character, an anti-hero named Don.
The film also stars Priyanka Chopra, Boman Irani, Lara Dutta, Om Puri, Nawwab Shah, Alyy Khan, Sahil Shroff, and Kunal Kapoor in supporting roles. The story is a sequel to the 2006 movie Don and occurs five years later. Don, now a ruthless drug lord, plans to take control of the European drug cartel. Meanwhile, Roma, played by Priyanka Chopra, joins Interpol to track him down.
Don 2 was released on December 23, 2011, in both 2D and 3D formats. It was also dubbed in Telugu and Tamil languages. The film was extensively shot in Berlin. It was a huge success at the box office, earning over Rs 202.81 crore (US$25 million) worldwide, becoming the third highest-grossing Hindi film of 2011 at the time of its release.
SRK’s Work Front
Talking about Shah Rukh Khan’s work front, the superstar made his smashing comeback last year with Pathaan and went on to deliver super hits like Jawan and Dunki. He is all set to star in Sujoy Ghosh’s King alongside Suhana Khan. He might play a ‘cool’ don and a mentor to Suhana’s character in the film.
Box Office Worldwide recently revealed that the film will be shot in London after IPL 2024 with a huge action sequence awaiting. Apart from King, Shah Rukh Khan is also gearing up for Pathaan 2.
