The superstar will appear alongside Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group, at a five star hotel in the city. This marks a historic collaboration between one of India’s biggest stars and Dubai’s prominent real estate developer.
Over the years, Danube Properties and Rizwan Sajan have created a huge name for themselves with their projects in Dubai and the UAE. After organizing a massive event earlier this year in January featuring Kartik Aaryan, the team at Danube is now preparing for an even bigger reveal. While the publicity team initially withheld the celebrity name, multiple hints on social media have confirmed that King Khan himself will grace the occasion.

The Danube Group has posted a series of videos on their social media handles in the last two days which strongly indicate Shah Rukh Khan’s involvement. The videos feature text like The Big Reveal, Two Stories Of Success That Will Change The Skyline Of Dubai, and From Nothing To Everything Two Legends One Legacy, all pointing towards the superstar.
In one video, director Punit Malhotra of I Hate Luv Storys fame can be seen directing an advertisement shoot and indicating that he worked with a major star. Another video posted by the brand shows an actor but purposely blurs his face, yet despite the blurring, it is unmistakably Shah Rukh Khan. Fans in the comments section have been buzzing with excitement about the confirmation.
Nobody Has Named A Tower Behind A Celebrity Before
Rizwan Sajan reveals in one video that he wanted a very powerful name for this association and could only think of one such man. The video contains text saying A Moment That Will Define The Year and A Collaboration That The World Will Talk About. Most significantly, Adel Sajan, managing director of Danube Group, states that nobody has dared to make a tower behind a celebrity’s name before.
This groundbreaking move suggests that a building named SRK Tower or something similar will be officially announced at tomorrow’s event. The collaboration represents a first of its kind venture where a real estate project will carry a Bollywood superstar’s name, setting a new precedent in celebrity brand partnerships.
