Shah Rukh Khan hasn’t had a film released since 2018, but one thing is for sure: he’ll be back next year with a bang, or possibly two. While no formal announcements have been made, SRK is currently working on two films: Pathan, directed by Siddharth Anand, and Jawaan, directed by Atlee. Earlier, we also reported on how South actors Priyamani and Nayanthara are poised to share screen space with SRK in this movie.
Now, a source tells BH, “SRK will have double roles in Atlee’s next. Yes, there won’t be one but two Shah Rukhs in the film. Apparently the story is designed like an Indianised Money Heist – a vigilante thriller – with SRK playing the professor leading a gang of girls. Shah Rukh will play both the father and son’s role. Yes, there will be an older SRK and a younger one, as well.”
After wrapping up a few days in Pune, the shoot has already begun in Mumbai. For the time being, the entire situation is being kept under wraps.
