Atlee Kumar directed film is an upcoming action entertainer movie starring Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Nayanthara. Sethupathi will play the antagonist opposite King Khan. It was slated to be released on June 2, 2023 but has been postponed to October.
Directed by Rajkumar Hirani & produced by Gauri Khan, Dunki stars Shah Rukh Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu. It showcases the uncontrolled use of an illegal backdoor route named ‘Donkey Flight’ by Indians to immigrate to countries such as Canada and USA. It is slated to be released on December 22, 2023.
Tiger movie’s threequel will be released on Diwali 2023 instead of Eid. It was slated to release on April 21, 2023. The mystery-adventure is directed by Maneesh Sharma. It stars Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Emraan Hashmi, Rehan Katrawale.
The latest is three films have begun playing musical chairs on their release dates. According to reports, Dunki could be shifted to the first quarter of 2024 if Jawan releases in October. Tiger 3 and Jawan will also have closer period of release which is also a big decision to decide on as it includes two big superstars.
“If Shah Rukh Khan brings Jawan to cinemas in October, there’s no way Dunki will release two months later. Two of the biggest films of the year, both starring the same star would obviously not release so close to each other. Hence, if Jawan is pushed to October, Dunki will be postponed to the first quarter or summer of 2024,” Bollywood Hungama quoted its source as saying.
“As of now, Jawan is releasing on June 2, 2023, which is as per the official release date declared by the makers, Red Chillies Entertainment. And it’ll be advisable to wait for the official confirmation on the postponement, if any, before jumping to any possible outcomes,” its source added.
