Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 Set To Enter The List
Allu Arjun’s much-awaited Pushpa 2: The Rule is set to make history with its release on December 5, 2024. The film will be shown on over 12,500 screens worldwide, which makes it the widest IMAX release for any Indian film to date.
Fans are eagerly anticipating the sequel, which promises to continue the success of the first instalment, Pushpa: The Rise.
Advance Bookings For Pushpa 2 Already Trending
Advance bookings for Pushpa 2 have already started, and the response is impressive. Fans can catch the film in six different languages via the Cinedubs App, ensuring it reaches a wide audience both within India and abroad.
As of 12 pm today, the film has registered significant pre-sales, with sales figures already touching 18.11 lakh gross, excluding blocked seats. The number of shows available has increased from just 40 to 343 since November 29, as the film gradually rolls out across 10 states. These states include Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi UT, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, and Karnataka.
The Madhya Pradesh circuit is leading the charge, with 3 lakh in ticket sales, accounting for nearly 16.56% of the total pre-sales. Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and other regions have also contributed impressively. The early figures suggest Pushpa 2 could have a record-breaking opening day, with projections between Rs 53 crore and Rs 58 crore in the Hindi market. These numbers are set to rise further as more shows open up and more fans grab their tickets.
The film is also expected to break records for ticket prices, with prices projected to be around 10% higher than Diwali 2024 releases such as Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again.
