Shah Rukh Khan‘s son Aryan Khan is making headlines again, but this time it’s not about his film debut. The young star has just acquired a stunning property in Delhi’s upscale Panchsheel Park for a whopping Rs 37 crore.
According to documents obtained by The Economic Times, Aryan has purchased two floors in a building where his family previously resided. This luxurious abode includes the basement and ground floor. The transaction, which was registered in May 2024, involved a stamp duty of Rs 2.64 crore.

The property holds sentimental value for Aryan’s family. Delhi is where Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan first met, adding a personal touch to the purchase. Gauri Khan, a celebrated interior designer, has meticulously designed the new home, infusing it with her unique style.
Shah Rukh Khan’s own legacy in Delhi is also noteworthy. He owns a grand heritage villa in Panchsheel Park, a property he acquired in 2001 for over Rs 13 crore.
Today, the villa is valued at approximately Rs 200 crore. During the COVID-19 pandemic, SRK even rented out the villa on Airbnb, where it showcased the family’s travels with richly textured walls, vibrant tapestries, and sparkling chandeliers.

On the professional front, Aryan Khan is gearing up for his Bollywood debut with his directorial show, Stardom. This modern drama promises to offer an intimate glimpse into the high-stakes world of fame. The series will explore the complexities of celebrity life, success, and the quest for stardom.
Aryan Khan wrote and directed the show. Lakshya will play one of the main roles. Bobby Deol and Mona Kapoor will also have significant parts. Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh will make cameo appearances.
