Netflix India is gearing up for an exciting new venture with a high-profile action-creature film starring Siddhant Chaturvedi. The untitled film is being hailed as a groundbreaking two-hero saga & marks a bold step for both Bollywood and Netflix.
Siddhant Chaturvedi To Star In Netflix’s Ambitious Two-Hero Action Film
Though the plot is being kept under wraps, sources revealed to Peeping Moon suggest that the movie will explore a concept never before seen in Hindi cinema.
With a production scale unlike anything Bollywood has attempted, it’s expected to be Netflix India’s most expensive feature film to date.
“It’s a massive-scale production and could possibly become Netflix India’s most expensive feature movie to date. It introduces a concept that’s never been explored before in Hindi cinema, and Netflix is placing a significant bet on this captivating creature saga,” shared an insider.
Filming Begins In April 2025, Makers Yet To Finalise Second Lead
The film is directed by Neha Sharma (known for her work on Tere Bin Laden: Dead or Alive and The Zoya Factor). After three years of development, Sharma’s vision is finally coming to life with Netflix’s support.
The script is in its final stages, and the pre-production team is working hard to begin filming in April 2025. The second lead is still to be cast & this adds to the mystery and excitement surrounding the project.
Siddhant Chaturvedi: Work Front
Siddhant Chaturvedi, known for his breakout role in Gully Boy, has been getting several chances from big production houses like YRF, Dharmas & Excel Entertainment despite his back-to-back failures and no major hit.
After this Netflix film, he will next be seen in Dhadak 2 with Triptii Dimri under Dharma Productions. He also stars in an untitled musical romance with Mrunal Thakur, directed by Ravi Udyawar. Additionally, he’s currently shooting for Dil Ka Darwaaza Khol Na Darling, a romantic comedy directed by Vikas Bahl, alongside Wamiqa Gabbi and Jaya Bachchan.
