Sidharth Malhotra is all set to bring his news film based on the life of Martyr Captain Vikram Batra. Caption Batra was martyred on July 7, 21 years ago when he was helping his fellow soldier to safety during the Kargil War. Caption Batra was awarded the highest and the most prestigious Param Vir Chakra for his bravery.
The film is already under process and the team Shershaah has shot some parts in Kashmir before the pandemic. The team recently paid their homage to the martyr on his death anniversary. Sidharth also posted a video on his social media handle. Check out his post here:
Directed by Vishnuvardhan under the Dharma Productions banner Shershaah was earlier slated to release on July 3, however now due to the pandemic, it has been delayed and the new dates are yet to be disclosed.
