On September 2, actor Sidharth Shukla went to his heavenly abode. He was filming a music video with Shehnaaz Gill just before his death. Despite the fact that the song’s shoot was incomplete, Sidharth and Shehnaaz’s fans have been pleading with the makers to release their final song. The record company agreed to release the song after fans requested it. Shreya Ghoshal, who sang the song written by Arko Pravo Mukherjee, published the first look poster on social media on October 17.
Sharing the poster, she wrote, “He was a star and will be forever. The love of millions of hearts will shine bright forever. #Habit our unfinished song… #Ahura hai par phir bhi poora rahega… #Sidnaaz ka yeh aakhri gaana, har fan ki khwahish, hamesha ke liye humare dilon mein zinda rahega. Releasing on the 21st October.”
For the uninformed, the song was originally titled ‘Habit’ while it was being made. Due to the tragic death of Sidharth Shukla, the title was changed to ‘Adhura.’ As soon as the poster was shared on social media, fans demanded that the title be changed from how it was originally conceptualized. The makers listened to the fans’ requests and stated on Monday that they would keep the song’s original title. They wrote, “#SidNaaz fans: We heard you. Make way for Habit. Enough said!”
On September 2, the Bigg Boss 13 winner passed away, leaving his millions of followers, known as SidHearts, distraught. On September 3, he was cremated in front of his family, friends, and rumoured girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill.
