Since his son Aryan Khan’s arrest and bail in the drugs-on-cruise case, Shah Rukh Khan has kept a quiet profile. The actor, on the other hand, made his maiden digital appearance at a Hyundai India event.
The brand unveiled its new brand ambassadors on Wednesday. The actor was seen thanking them via video message in photos uploaded on social media. Shah Rukh was dressed casually in a round-neck T-shirt and a blazer, with his hair tied back. It’s unclear whether the video depicted a real chat or a pre-recorded message.
The images have already piqued the interest of fans, with many hailing the actor’s return to the limelight. “Finally, sir ke dharshan ho hee gaya (Finally, we saw Shah Rukh),” one fan tweeted. Another fan said, “Waiting to see him on the big screen.”

Rajinikanth, a Tamil superstar, recently disclosed that Shah Rukh Khan sent him birthday pleasantries. The actor, who celebrated his birthday on Sunday, wrote a thank-you card and cited a number of celebrities who sent him birthday greetings. Shah Rukh Khan was one among them.
Since Aryan’s court case, Shah Rukh has kept a low profile. The 24-year-old was apprehended following a raid on a cruise ship going for Goa and spent over a month in Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail. While Shah Rukh hasn’t said anything about the arrest, he did pay a visit to Aryan in jail, which was his first public appearance since the incident. The actor has also remained silent on social media, with his most recent tweet from September.
