SRK’s Production Red Chillies Entertainment Wraps Up Saif Ali Khan And Rasika Duggal Starrer Investigative Drama ‘Kartavya’, Set To Release On OTT!

The suspenseful thriller stars Saif Ali Khan, Rasika Duggal and Sanjay Mishra

Red Chillies Entertainment, the production house owned by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has wrapped up shooting for its latest production venture, “Kartavya”. The suspenseful thriller stars Saif Ali Khan, Rasika Duggal and Sanjay Mishra, and is set to be released on an OTT platform later this year.

Directed by Pulkit, known for his work on films like “Bose: Dead or Alive” and “Maroon”, “Kartavya” reunites Saif Ali Khan with Shah Rukh Khan, although they won’t be sharing the screen this time. Their last appearance together was in the hugely popular romance musical “Kal Ho Naa Ho”.

Saif Ali Khan’s portrayal of a cop in recent years has earned him critical acclaim, thanks to his roles as Inspector Sartaj Singh in the popular Netflix series “Sacred Games” and Officer Vikram in the crime drama “Vikram Vedha”.

Red Chillies Entertainment has a busy year ahead with other productions in the pipeline. They are expected to kick off the year with Bhumi Pednekar’s “Bhakshak” and have bankrolled two highly anticipated ventures featuring Shah Rukh Khan as the lead: Atlee’s “Jawan” and Rajkumar Hirani’s “Dunki”. “Jawan” co-stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi and is set for a release on June 2, while “Dunki” marks Shah Rukh Khan’s first collaboration with Raj Kumar Hirani and is scheduled to release on December 22.
