Since news of the Tiger 3 shoot beginning, fans of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have been yearning for just one glimpse of their time together. The current shoot schedule was thrown off by the second wave of COVID 19 and set damage caused by cyclone Tauktae. According to reports, Salman and Katrina are planning to continue filming this month.
Not only that, but the two are rumoured to be planning an international shoot for August. According to a source in Mid-Day, producer Aditya Chopra has given his approval to the possibility of resuming filming in Mumbai after receiving assurance that the team has received at least one dose of COVID 19. Director Maneesh Sharma has been preparing to return to the set too.
A source revealed to the daily, “Of the cast, only the leads will report to the set for the first few days. Maneesh sir wants to film a few dramatic sequences with them”. Emraan will also be on set for a key ‘confrontation scene,’ according to reports. The shoot is expected to begin on July 23.
According to the daily, the producers have opted to shoot a worldwide shoot with Salman, Katrina, and others after August 15 instead of producing a replica of a Middle-Eastern market. A source revealed to the daily, “With the situation improving, Aditya and Maneesh are keen to pursue their plan of an international schedule. The team is likely to head out of the country post August 15. While the destinations have yet to be locked, Europe and the Middle East form a part of the narrative. So, they thought it would be wiser to shoot the remaining portions at a market in Dubai”.
