Varun Dhawan, Neetu Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Kiara Advani, and Prajakta Koli were in Chandigarh shooting for their film Jug Jugg Jeeyo. The film is a rom-com family drama directed by Raj Mehta. The team had to stop shooting as Varun Dhawan, Neetu Kapoor, and director Raj Mehta had tested positive for COVID-19.
The actors and director flew back to Mumbai and isolated themself as per the norms. Now according to the reports all three of them has been tested negative and are recovering well.
As per the reports, the shoot of the film will resume on December 19 with Anil Kapoor and Kiara Advani in Chandigarh.
Taking to the social media the actors have confirmed that they have been tested negative and were grateful for all the wishes and love that they received.
