Bollywood’s ‘Bhabhi 2’ Triptii Dimri is generating buzz ahead of her upcoming comedy film Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. Co-starring Rajkummar Rao, the film is directed by Raaj Shandiliyaa and is set to hit theatres on October 11.
Triptii’s charm and talent have been making headlines, especially after her appearance in the action thriller Animal.
In a recent interview with YouTuber Ranbir Allahbadia, Triptii opened up about her views on love, drawing inspiration from Bollywood’s beloved king, Shhah Rukh Khan.
Triptii Dimri Wants Love Partner Like Shah Rukh Khan From Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa
She revealed that Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, a classic rom-com from 1993, is her favourite film. She admires the innocence and genuine affection that SRK’s character, Sunil, had for Anna, played by Suchitra Krishnamoorthi.
“I want to feel the pure love that Shah Rukh Khan’s character showered on his co-star,” she shared.
Triptii believes that the film captures what real romance looks like. She expressed her desire for a partner who embodies that same level of sincerity.
Tripti Dimri : “My favourite romantic film is Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, I want my partner to be like the character Shah Rukh sir played in that film. It had the innocence and pure love, nothing calculative.”

However, she also understands that no one is perfect. “You don’t always find a person who fits the bill,” she admitted. Triptii recognises her own flaws, showing that she is realistic about relationships.

She made an interesting comparison between herself and Uday Chopra’s character, Ali, from the Dhoom franchise. “Main Dhoom ki Uday Chopra hoon. I can’t be like ‘Let’s date and see.’ Mere hota hai ‘Parents ko milaungi toh kaisa lagega’” she explained.
In her view, relationships are serious and she’s keen on thinking about how a partner would fit into her family life.
Triptii Dimri: Work Front
As Triptii promotes Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, she’s also gearing up for a big Bollywood clash. Her film will compete against Jigra, an action drama starring Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina.
Additionally, Triptii has another exciting project in the pipeline. She is set to appear in the highly-anticipated horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, alongside Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan. Directed by Anees Bazmee, this film is scheduled for a Diwali 2024 release.
However, it will also face stiff competition from Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, which boasts a star-studded cast, including Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, and more.
